You can delete your account here, on any computer or phone. You do not need the app.
Sign in with Google or with your email, with the account you want to delete. Then you see what is deleted, and you confirm.
Deleted
- Your account and your sign-in.
- Counts of how much you uploaded and downloaded each day.
- If you own your company and nobody else is in it, or you choose to delete it for everyone: the company, with every copy of its jobs, photos, videos, files and reports on our server. They are deleted now. We do not wait the 30 days after Pro ends.
Not deleted
- Anything on your phones. Your photos, videos, jobs and reports stay where they are.
- In a company, the jobs and photos you made stay with the company. If you own it and other people are in it, you choose: give it to one of them, or delete it for everyone.
Your plan
- If you own your company and it has a plan from Google Play: deleting the company stops the plan. It won't renew.
- If you give the company to someone: the plan stops renewing. The company keeps Pro only until the end of the time already paid. Then the new owner can choose a plan.
- Before you delete, the next page shows what happens to your plan. Manage or cancel in Google Play
Kept for a short time
- A record of the deletion, with your email, for about 2 hours, until the deletion is finished.
- Copies in our database backups, for up to 30 days. Then they are gone.
Kept
- If you bought a plan: the purchase records from Google Play (the order number, the plan, its price and dates) and a coded form of your account number. No name or email. We keep them for refunds, taxes and fraud checks.
- For each share link you made: your account number and when you made it. The link stops, and its page and files are deleted.
Keep a copy first
To keep files that are only on our server, download them in My files before you delete.
